Do I need an advanced level of Italian?
No. Conversation, explanations and activities are adapted to your level, from the first steps in the language to perfection.
How is the itinerary chosen?
You choose it together with Angela based on your level, interests, available time, pace and the type of experience you want.
What can we do during the lesson?
We can go for a walk by the sea or in the mountains, visit villages, museums and archaeological sites, learn about history and traditions, taste wines, sample local specialties or treat ourselves to a swim in the sea.
Is the walk challenging?
The route is chosen considering your pace and needs. Communicate any limitations or preferences to Angela before confirmation.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Angela will evaluate an alternative with you, a time change or a different lesson mode based on the conditions.
Can I participate with another person?
Write to Angela indicating the number of participants: the proposal will be built consistently with the group and with the linguistic objectives.
Do I already need a level of Italian?
No. Lessons are adapted to your level, from the very basics to perfecting conversation.
How long does a lesson last?
The standard duration is 2 hours per session, in person, at the table.
Will we use a textbook?
No. You will build together your personal "Italian book", with materials, notes and activities created exclusively for you.
Can I take an intensive course?
Yes. The one-week Intensive Basic Course is available: 3 hours a day, for a total of 15 hours.
Can I prepare for an exam or specialized language?
Yes. If you need it, you can delve into specialized languages or prepare for language certification exams.
Can I study with a friend, partner or colleagues?
Yes, lessons for two or more people are available on request. Angela will assess the starting level to build a balanced path.
Are there discounted rates for those working on Elba?
Yes. If you are on the island for work reasons, contact Angela to receive a dedicated offer.
Where do the lessons take place?
Directly at your home or in your accommodation on the Island of Elba. The service is available throughout the island.
Do I have to travel?
No. Angela will come to you, so you can study in the place where you feel most comfortable.
Are the lessons personalized?
Yes. Each session is built based on your interests, your current level and your personal goals.
What can I work on during the lessons?
Vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, conversation and fluency. If you need it, also specialized languages or preparation for certification exams.
How much does a home lesson cost?
The price is €60 per hour for an individual home lesson.
Are there additional travel costs?
No, there are no additional travel costs for lessons starting from 2 hours.
Are online lessons individual?
Yes. The sessions are individual and personalized, built on your language needs and your goals.
Can I choose flexible times?
Yes. Lesson times are flexible, to adapt to your personal needs.
What do I need to participate?
Just a good internet connection, your preferred device and the online platform you use most comfortably.
What can I work on during the lessons?
Conversation, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, Italian culture, preparation for language certifications and targeted in-depth studies.
Are online lessons suitable even if I don't live in Italy?
Yes. They are designed precisely to help you stay in touch with Italy and grow your Italian wherever you are.
