The nearest town is Procchio and can be reached by car in 5 minutes or on foot in 15 minutes via a convenient wooden walkway along the beach. From the house, in just 15/20 minutes by car you can reach Portoferraio, Marina di Campo and Marciana Marina.

From the garden you go up to the first floor where there is a very bright bedroom with two beds and a balcony with sea view, a bathroom with shower and a lovely kitchen complete with all dishes, pots and microwave oven.
It is suitable in all seasons thanks to the air conditioning and heating system. The apartment is supplied with blankets and pillows.

How to get there
From Portoferraio follow the signs for Marina di Campo-Marciana. After about 15 minutes, past the first sign saying Procchio, turn right following the sign for Campo all’Aia. Pass the Hotel Brigantino and, at the end of the straight, turn right, then left, then right. Continue to number 155.
