The Palma and Vesuvio apartments are in the same building and are completely independent. They have air conditioning, satellite TV and free wireless Internet connection. From the house and garden you can enjoy the view of the sea of the Gulf of Procchio and the beautiful sandy beach is only a 3-minute walk away.
The nearest town is Procchio and can be reached by car in 5 minutes or on foot in 15 minutes via a convenient wooden walkway along the beach. From the house, in just 15/20 minutes by car you can reach Portoferraio, Marina di Campo and Marciana Marina.

The Palma apartment can accommodate 5 people. From both floors and from the garden you can enjoy the sea view.
On the ground floor there are the living room-kitchen with a single bed and the veranda overlooking the garden. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything needed: plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, electric oven, dishwasher and TV.
On the first floor there are a bedroom with balcony and sea view, very bright, with a double bed; a bedroom with two single beds; a bathroom with shower.
The garden and the veranda are equipped with tables and chairs for eating outdoors and enjoying the coolness of the pines thanks to comfortable sun loungers. The apartment has air conditioners and a convenient wood stove located on the ground floor.
Blankets and pillows are available and, on request, sheets and towels are provided.

How to get there
From Portoferraio follow the signs for Marina di Campo-Marciana. After about 15 minutes, past the first sign saying Procchio, turn right following the sign for Campo all’Aia. Pass the Hotel Brigantino and, at the end of the straight, turn right, then left, then right. Continue to number 155.
